Saint Paul's Outreach (SPO) reaches college students around the country, bringing them to Christ and the fullness of the Catholic faith. We build evangelistic communities that provide a unique quality and depth of formation in the Catholic faith and life.

What's an SPO Missionary?

As an SPO Missionary you will be on the “front lines” evangelizing university students on one or more of our campuses.

  • Proactively build strong student relationships, both 1-on-1 and in groups, constantly building new relationships and cultivating existing ones

  • Invite students into SPO community and a life of Catholic Christian discipleship

  • Plan and lead (or assist in leadership of) small groups, large groups, service teams, events, retreats, and other activities, in collaboration with university leadership and staff as appropriate

What's An Operations Missionary?

As an SPO Operations Missionary you will be “behind the scenes” supporting our mission on campus with your gifts of organization and administration.

  • Plan and execute logistical aspects of various Chapter programs, including Formation, retreats, and other major events, as well as manage your Chapter’s calendar

  • Administrate your Chapter’s Household program, including the recruiting process, property maintenance, move-in and move-out, and liaising with landlords and SPO’s National Headquarters

  • Provide administrative support to Chapter Leaders (your bosses)
