New Rules for Love, Sex and Dating

Around 130 students came to hear the talk.

SPO New Jersey kicked off a three-week series called the New Rules for Love, Sex, and Dating on Thursday night at Seton Hall University. About 130 students gathered to hear Mission Leaders Joe Buganski and Becca Shrake talk about the importance of good relationships in the midst of the hook-up culture in college. Thursday's talk focused on BECOMING the right person instead of FINDING the right person.

Joe ended the talk by leaving the students with a question: "Are you becoming the person that the person you're looking for is looking for? Or are you becoming someone else?"

New Rules for Love, Sex, and Dating is part of a nationwide series that challenges students to not settle in their relationships and to uphold their dignity and personal respect. The New Rules for Love, Sex, and Dating reveals the standards by which God is calling young people to live, challenging men and women to change how they think about the opposite sex, preparing men and women to one day say ‘I do’ and mean it, and revealing common myths about sex in college.
