Michela has lived on the west coast for the majority of her life with her big, happy, Catholic family. She is the oldest of 10 kids and loves it. In her (biased) opinion, the noise, love, and adventures are always bigger in a large family! After high school, she served with the National Evangelization Teams (NET Ministries) for two years. Following NET, Michela attended Benedictine College in Atchison, KS, and joined the Saint Paul's Outreach community. During her four years at BC she fell in love with Benedictine spirituality and the SPO community. As a former Benedictine tour guide, she will be the first to tell you (or your senior in high school) that Benedictine is the best Catholic college in the U.S.! For the past two years, Michela is excited to be working with the organization that gave her the opportunity to know the Lord in a deeply personal way. To this day few things give her as much joy as getting to share her faith with other women on campus and encouraging them in their own faith journey.
Whether at home or away, Michela loves to run, read, knit, explore new cities and coffee shops, try new foods, go thrifting, meet new people, and enjoys a good surprise! Nothing has surprised her more than the fondness that has grown in her heart for the one and only Garden State.
