Chapter: Northeastern University
Rebecca was born and raised in Brooksville, FL. She grew up 'Cradle Catholic', but after a conversion of heart on a mission trip early in high school, she felt a strong desire to follow after the Lord. She attended Steubenville Conferences and The Good Samaritan Project (a service retreat) throughout high school, which led to a deeper relationship with the Lord and a love for serving others.
The Lord easily led her to the University of Central Florida where she earned a degree in Business Management. While at UCF, Rebecca enjoyed taking many (some might say too many) trips to Disney World, playing intramural sports, and being involved with Catholic Campus Ministry & SPO. There she served as social chair, president, student intern, played guitar on praise band, and lived in SPO Household for 2 years. Rebecca attributes her involvement with SPO and desire to be on mission to her encounter with the missionaries that were serving at UCF, whose friendship and guidance inspired her to turn around and give it back to the students of UCF.
