As Creative Director, you will lead the vision, execution, and growth of SPO’s creative function, amplifying the mission to various audiences. From fundraising campaigns and recruitment initiatives to events, digital experiences, and internal communications, you'll help tell stories that inspire people to encounter Christ and join His mission. While the focus is creative, the role also includes some responsibilities typically associated with marketing.

The Gift Operations Specialist is at the heart of receiving and stewarding the donations that make SPO’s mission possible. As the Director of Recruiting & Partnerships, you will play a vital role in expanding SPO’s mission to reach college students for Christ by leading missionary recruitment and cultivating strategic external partnerships. In this highly relational, hands-on role, you will equip the field with high-impact training and resources while orchestrating key recruiting touchpoints—ranging from campus events and digital outreach to Discernment Retreats and Info Sessions. Beyond recruitment, you will actively build relationships with external campuses and ministry leaders, introducing them to SPO environments, internships, and Mission Training to foster new chapter expansion. Ultimately, you will drive strategic follow-through to open new doors, strengthen SPO’s presence beyond existing campuses, and inspire more individuals to step into full-time mission.

The Men’s Recruiting Coordinator works closely with field staff to increase awareness, interest, and engagement among missionary candidates while coordinating the admissions process for Missionaries and Student Interns. Through collaboration with the mission field, this role will help develop and support strategic recruiting initiatives while ensuring a smooth and organized admissions process from application through acceptance. Because recruiting efforts are closely tied to mission needs, the role may continue to evolve as strategies develop.
