Chapter Leader

As a full-time Chapter Leader, you are leading the front lines of evangelizing college students and/or young adults as part of an SPO team. You will be responsible for helping build dynamic communities where the people you build relationships with can encounter Christ and be transformed into missionary disciples.

REGIONAL DIRECTOR - Application process temp. on hold

The Regional Director is the primary leader and steward of SPO in a region. This includes responsibility for the staff in the region, along with mission, administrative, and development outcomes, supported by SPO’s National Office.  Regional Directors collaborate closely with local partners and their regional advisory board to grow the mission while ensuring faithfulness to SPO’s call and charism.  A Regional Director’s time split will depend on the region, the person, and the team, but may be approximately 60% mission, 20% fundraising, 20% administration.

Donor Engagement Intern

As a Donor Engagement Intern (DEI), your responsibilities will include cultivating SPO’s valued partners across the country with an emphasis on donors giving between $500 and $4,999 annually. The DEI will develop and engage a strategy for connecting these partners with the on-campus work of SPO and invite them to support it through renewed and increased gifts.

Status: 10-20 Hours/Week

Mission Supervisor - Female

SPO is looking for a Mission Supervisor to oversee the mission of the Minnesota Regional Chapters. This person cultivates and supports the national mission through participation and leadership in various national events and initiatives, as well as direct supervision to Chapter Leaders to carry out their responsibilities effectively and grow in expertise and leadership.

DORM COORDINATOR - Male

The Dorm Coordinator will have the opportunity to lean into one of the newest ways that SPO is seeking to impact students. The Dorm Coordinator will lead recruitment efforts and oversee the Catholic program at the 1000 5th Street dorm. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Catholic teachings, strong organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and build a vibrant community of young men committed to growing in virtue, brotherhood, and Christian maturity.

Donor Engagement Specialist

As a Donor Engagement Specialist (DES), your responsibilities will include cultivating SPO’s valued partners across the country with an emphasis on donors giving between $500 and $4,999 annually. The DES will develop and engage a strategy for connecting these partners with the on-campus work of SPO and invite them to support it through renewed and increased gifts. Additionally, the DES will actively build a team of donors to fund his or her work through Mission Partner Development.

ADministrative assistant

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for executing a variety of administrative tasks designed to support the local Regional Administrator in advancing the mission of SPO. Essential functions are detailed below. It is also expected that the incumbent will be faithful to the SPO Core Values.
